No Guaranteed Response Time

We answer our phone 24 hours a day and respond as quickly as we reasonably can. We do not guarantee a specific arrival time. Actual response times depend on traffic, weather, distance, crew availability, and the volume of active jobs, which can increase significantly during storms and other widespread events.

Free Inspections

A free inspection is a visual evaluation of accessible areas, with moisture readings taken where appropriate, provided at no cost and with no obligation to hire us. A free inspection is not a formal engineering report, a mold assessment, an insurance appraisal, or a code compliance inspection. Requesting an inspection does not create a contract for any work.

Insurance Claims

We document the work we perform — photographs, moisture readings, equipment placement, and drying progress — so you have organized records for your insurance carrier. We do not adjust claims, negotiate settlements, or provide advice about coverage, and we are not public adjusters or attorneys.

Coverage decisions are made solely by your insurance company. We make no promise that a claim will be approved, that any particular amount will be paid, or that our invoice will be covered in full. You are responsible for payment for services performed regardless of what your carrier ultimately pays.

Scope of Services

JGS Restoration Group provides emergency mitigation services, including water extraction, structural drying, fire and smoke damage cleanup, odor control, and selective demolition. Certain activities in Florida — including mold assessment and mold remediation, and construction work requiring a contractor license — are regulated separately. We perform only work we are permitted to perform under applicable law, and we will refer you to an appropriately licensed professional when a project calls for services outside that scope.

Estimates and Authorization

Any estimate we provide is based on conditions observed at the time of inspection. Water damage frequently extends into areas that cannot be seen without removing materials, and the scope may change once work begins. Work is performed under a signed work authorization, and the terms of that agreement govern the services provided.

Results and Limitations

Mitigation reduces damage, but not every material or belonging can be saved, and we cannot guarantee that a specific item will be restored to its pre-loss condition. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage that occurred before we were engaged.
